Overlanding is more than just a way to travel—it’s an adventurous lifestyle that embodies freedom, exploration, and self-reliance.
It’s about leaving the beaten path behind, embracing the unknown, and immersing yourself in the journey as much as the destination.
Overlanding takes you to remote, breathtaking places, where the roads are unpaved, and the challenges are as rewarding as the landscapes.

Umberto came to us with a clear goal in mind: to improve the drivability of his new Jeep Gladiator.
Together, we designed a package to take this pickup to the next level.
Here’s an initial list of the setup and suspension modifications.

CHAPTER TWO - INSTALL AND APPROVAL

In Italy, automotive approval ("omologazione" in Italian) refers to the official process by which vehicles, parts, and systems must meet specific regulatory standards before they can be legally sold, registered, or used on public roads.
This approval ensures that vehicles and their components comply with safety, environmental, and technical requirements established by both Italian law and European Union regulations.
The vehicle is now equipped with a Fox 2.0 suspension system with a remote reservoir, offering improved heat dissipation and better off-road performance.
Adjustable Metalclock control arms (front and rear) allow for precise suspension tuning, optimizing wheel alignment and articulation.
We’ve installed 2-inch taller springs for increased ground clearance, ensuring better obstacle clearance without sacrificing ride quality.
Reinforced Panhard bars by Stersmarts provide enhanced lateral stability and reduced axle movement in demanding conditions.
Finally, a Fox steering stabilizer minimizes steering feedback and vibrations, improving control over rough terrain.
These upgrades work together to deliver superior stability, handling, and off-road capability.

CHAPTER TREE - 35" TIRES AND FIRST OFF-ROAD TEST

One of the main benefits of installing oversized tires on a Jeep is the improvement in off-road performance.
Larger tires provide better traction on rough terrain, such as mud, rocks, and snow.
The increased ground clearance helps prevent the vehicle from getting stuck or damaged, allowing you to tackle obstacles that would otherwise be impassable.
However, it’s important to note that driving on oversized tires can make the Jeep feel slightly less responsive on the road, especially at high speeds.
It’s crucial to understand the modifications required, such as upgrading the suspension, adjusting the gear ratio, and recalibrating the alignment.
By carefully considering these factors, you can ensure that your Jeep is ready for any adventure, whether on-road or off-road.

CHAPTER FOUR - IMPROVING

The next major modification involves the creation of a custom roof rack designed specifically to meet the needs of the owner.
A roof rack is an essential accessory for those who need additional storage space for gear, tents, or other equipment.
But a generic, off-the-shelf roof rack might not be able to support the specific loads or fit the contours of the Jeep perfectly.
By designing a custom structure, this roof rack is built to carry not only standard cargo but also specialized gear like a rooftop tent, kayaks, or additional off-road equipment.
The design process involved carefully considering the Jeep’s dimensions, the weight distribution, and the types of equipment the roof rack would be expected to carry.
Using high-quality, durable materials, the rack is both sturdy and lightweight, ensuring that it doesn’t compromise the vehicle’s handling or fuel efficiency.
The heart of many high-performance builds lies in precision engineering, and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining plays a major role in creating parts that are both strong and perfectly tailored to the vehicle.
In this case, several custom parts were created using CNC technology to ensure a perfect fit and superior durability.
CNC machining allows for the creation of intricate, high-precision components that wouldn’t be possible with traditional manufacturing methods.

By integrating CNC-machined custom parts and designing a tailored roof rack, this Jeep has been equipped with the performance upgrades it needs to conquer tough terrain and handle any adventure.
These modifications offer both practicality and customization, ensuring the Jeep stands out while providing the strength and versatility required for outdoor activities.
With careful planning and expert craftsmanship, the Jeep is ready to take on whatever the road (or trail) has in store.
